Millets & Cereals (Sproute activated): Sproute activated  Little Millet, Kodo Millet, Barnyard Millet, Foxtail Millet and Sprouted Methi Seeds.

Pulses (Sprouted): Bengal Gram, Green Peas, Horsegram and Green Gram.

Nuts & Seeds (Sand-Roasted): Rajma, Jamun Seeds, Almonds, Pista, Cashews, Chilli flakes, Pumpkin Seeds and Watermelon Seeds.

Superfoods & Sprouts: Alfalfa Sprouts, Broccoli Sprouts, Quinoa Sprouts, Buckwheat Sprouts, Chia Seeds, Flax Seeds, Karela Seeds and Cardamom (Elachi)

 

How to use Kheeddo  Diabetic  Malt:

  1. Initially take 500ml of water (approx 2 Jumbo water glass size) in a cooking bowl and keep on  boiling at medium flame.
  2. Next take 2 tablespoons (approx. 40g) of Kheeddo Diabetic Malt Powder in a separate small bowl and add some drinking water in it, then Stir well to avoid lumps and  make as a liquid faste.
  3. In third Step pour the liquid faste in boiling Water bowl  and Cook the mixture for 5-10 minutes at medium flame by stirring continuously.
  4. If you desire, you can add some Dry dates powder , pink salt or palm jaggery in the boiling mixture as for your taste  taste.
  5. To enhance both taste and nutrition, you can add some dry fruit crumbles, honey, lemon juice, buttermilk or milk and a spoonful of ghee as your desire before serve.
  6. Serve warm for better feel.

 

General Instructions:

  • Use a dry spoon to prevent contamination of Malt Powder when measuring or storing.
  • Store the Malt Powder in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for optimal freshness.
  • To Improve shelf life of Malt Powder, kindly refrigerate it.
